Using the Cocoon Fitness POD, your heart rate will go up and your body will sweat, so make sure you intake the proper amount of water and electrolytes to keep yourself healthy. The Cocoon functions similar to a sauna, so go into it with the same mindset you would a traditional sauna.
- How long and often can I be in the POD? To optimize your experience, a 20 minute session is recommended beginning your first session. You may increase your session time in 5 minute intervals, until you reach max of 60 minutes.You can customize your wellness session in the POD each time you come in to make it more unique to your own wellness goals using heat, fitness, and relaxation settings. Many primary recommendations are to use the Cocoon Fitness POD no more than every other day.
